Meeting and Study Rooms
All library locations have meeting and study rooms available for public use. These rooms vary in the number of seats that can be accommodated from two to 100. You can view room availability by location or by capacity, and reserve ahead.

Tele-Appointment Pod
NEW at the Downtown Library! The Tele-Appointment Pod is a sound dampening, semi-private space available for virtual meeting needs (i.e. virtual health appointments, job interviews, jail tele-visits, etc.). It can be reserved for up to two hours per day.
Reserve the PodThere are no fees for meeting room, study room or tele-appointment reservations. Free WiFi is available at all locations, including in these spaces.
Any person or group reserving these facilities must comply with all Library rules and polices. Set-up, take-down and clean-up are the responsibility of the room user. To review the complete list of meeting and study room rules and policies, please see the Library Policy Manual.
Only small, packaged snacks and beverages in closed containers are allowed in the meeting rooms, and no food or drink is allowed in the pod.
