Curbside Hold Pick-up Service
How to use the curbside hold pick-up service available at all locations:
- Place your hold online. You will receive a notification once your materials are available for pick-up, and notification times will vary depending on availability. Please wait to receive the notification before heading to the Library.
- Drive up or walk up. If you are in a car, park in the designated spots near the curb of each library. If you are on foot, stand near the designated parking spots.
- Use the phone number and QR code are available on the curbside sign, or check in on your Ida app to let us know when you arrive. Please have your library card ready if you call. A staff member will bring your materials directly to you.
Hours
Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sundays: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Downtown Library Only)
